Change Management

Changes to be made to the project plan will need to be documented as proposed revisions to the plan and accepted by general consensus.

Changes to plans should be made as much as possible during the early phases of the project in order to keep the project on track. Changes made after this period, unless tremendously urgent to the project (such as missing key functionality), will be revisited after the first release of the software.

Code changes and language issues will be handled on task-by-task basis by coordinators. Logo
